These grapes were picked at 20 Brix, where they were subsequently pressed directly into a tank. They were settled for a day before being racked into the concrete tank. They fermented entirely in a tank before being racked off secondary lees. They were refilled into the concrete tank, where they aged for 11 months, completing both primary and secondary fermentation in the concrete tank. The wine was gently filtered using coarse filtration and bottled on August 27, 2025.

This Grenache Rosé was produced in a blanc de noir style and shows almost no colour due to the quick processing and pressing of grapes from the vineyard to the crush pad. The wine boasts high acidity, with incredible texture and hints of tannin from the secret hero of California, Grenache. This wine is unlike any other, as it offers the red wine drinker a complex white with a unique body and tannin structure, providing everyone with a distinct drinking experience.
