These grapes were picked at 19.5 Brix, where they were subsequently pressed directly into a tank. They were settled for a day before being racked back into another tank. The wine was fermented entirely in tank and aged in tank to preserve the authentic fruit flavours of Nebbiolo. The wine was gently filtered using coarse filtration and bottled on August 27, 2025.

This Nebbiolo Rosé was produced to showcase the lighter side of Nebbiolo while remaining true to its varietal characteristics—lots of beautiful ripe cherry on the nose with balanced acidity. Drink now with your favourite spicy foods!
