60% Chenin 40% Nebbiolo

13% Alc. by Vol 1 L

Direct-pressed Chenin was poured on top of whole-berry Nebbiolo for 10 days before being pressed into the tank. This wine is filled with dark fruit flavours and lots of acid. We filtered on August 27, 202,5, before bottling.
